1. Definitions and Interpretation

2. Acceptance of Terms

3. Eligibility and Account Registration

• Maintain and promptly update your account information to ensure it remains accurate and current.
• Keep your account login credentials (username and password) confidential and secure.

• Notify ph163 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account or any security breach.

Each User is permitted to maintain only one (1) active account with ph163. Creating multiple accounts or using accounts belonging to others is strictly prohibited and may result in closure of all accounts and forfeiture of balances.

3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

ph163 is required by PAGCOR regulations to verify the identity of all account holders. As part of our Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures, you may be required to submit the following documents:

• Valid government-issued photo identification (Philippine Passport, Driver's License, UMID, SSS ID, PhilHealth ID, Postal ID, or Voter's ID).
• Proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within the last three months).

ph163 may request additional documentation at any time to verify your identity or comply with anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. Withdrawals may be suspended until satisfactory verification is completed.

4.2 Deposit Limits and Processing Times

Minimum deposit amount is ₱100 PHP. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account verification level. Verified accounts enjoy higher deposit limits. Deposits made via GCash, Maya, and QR Ph are typically credited to your ph163 account within 60 seconds. Bank transfers may take 15 minutes to 24 hours depending on the bank's processing time.

ph163 does not charge fees for deposits. However, your payment provider (GCash, bank, etc.) may impose transaction fees. You are responsible for any fees charged by third-party payment providers.

4.3 Deposit Source and Legitimacy

You warrant that all funds deposited into your ph163 account are from legitimate sources and are not derived from illegal activities. ph163 complies with Philippine anti-money laundering laws and PAGCOR regulations. We reserve the right to investigate the source of any deposit and to refuse or return deposits that we reasonably believe are connected to money laundering, fraud, or other illegal activity.

5. Withdrawals

5.1 Withdrawal Process

To withdraw funds from your ph163 account, you must:

• Have completed KYC verification and provided all required documentation.
• Meet all bonus wagering requirements, if applicable.
• Withdraw using the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, unless otherwise approved by ph163.
• Request withdrawal amounts within your daily, weekly, or monthly withdrawal limits.

5.4 Anti-Money Laundering Compliance

• Session Timers: Receive reminders after specified periods of continuous play.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, ph163 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss or damage arising from your use of ph163 services.
• Technical failures, internet outages, or server downtime.
• Errors in game outcomes caused by software malfunctions (in which case bets will be voided).
• Delays in deposits or withdrawals caused by third-party payment providers.
• Loss of funds due to unauthorized account access resulting from your failure to secure your login credentials.
• Indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

ph163's total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount deposited into your account in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of ph163 services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Metro Manila, Philippines.

Before initiating legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute through ph163's internal complaints process by contacting customer support. If the dispute cannot be resolved internally, you may escalate the complaint to PAGCOR as the regulatory authority overseeing ph163 operations.
