Who We Are at ph163
ph163 is a PAGCOR-regulated online gaming platform built specifically for Filipino players. We combine the excitement of world-class casino games, live sports betting, premium slots, and community bingo with the convenience of GCash deposits, mobile-first design, and Filipino-language support.
Our Mission
At ph163, our mission is to deliver a fair, transparent, and entertaining gaming experience tailored to the unique needs of Filipino players. We understand that online gaming in the Philippines requires more than just great games — it demands trust, speed, and localization. That's why ph163 offers instant GCash and Maya deposits, Filipino-speaking customer support available 24/7, and PAGCOR oversight to ensure every game is fair and every transaction is secure.
ph163 was founded by a team of gaming industry veterans and technology experts who saw a gap in the market: Filipino players deserved a platform that understood their payment preferences, respected their local regulations, and delivered an experience optimized for Philippine internet speeds and mobile devices. Since our launch, ph163 has grown to serve thousands of players across Manila, Cebu, Davao, Quezon City, Makati, and every corner of the Philippines.
Every decision we make at ph163 is guided by a commitment to our players. From selecting game providers with the highest RTP rates, to implementing responsible gaming tools like deposit limits and self-exclusion, to ensuring withdrawals are processed in minutes rather than days — ph163 prioritizes player satisfaction above all else. We believe that online gaming should be fun, fair, and accessible to everyone who is 21 years of age or older in the Philippines.
What Makes ph163 Different
ph163 is built on four core pillars that define everything we do: fairness, transparency, localization, and responsible gaming. These values guide our operations and shape the experience we deliver to Filipino players every day.
Fairness & Integrity
Every game on ph163 is powered by certified RNG (Random Number Generator) software audited by independent testing agencies. Live dealer games are streamed in real time with no delays or manipulation. PAGCOR regulations ensure ph163 operates with complete fairness and integrity.
Transparency
ph163 publishes all game RTP percentages, displays transaction history in real time, and provides clear terms and conditions without hidden clauses. Your account dashboard shows every deposit, bet, win, and withdrawal with complete transparency.
Filipino-First Design
ph163 supports GCash, Maya, and all major Philippine banks for deposits and withdrawals. Our customer support team speaks English and Tagalog. The platform is optimized for Philippine mobile networks and works smoothly even on slower connections.
Responsible Gaming
ph163 provides deposit limits, session timers, self-exclusion tools, and links to gambling addiction support resources. We enforce strict age verification (21+) and promote responsible gaming practices at every level of our platform.
The ph163 Timeline
From our founding to becoming one of the most trusted gaming platforms in the Philippines, here's how ph163 has evolved to serve Filipino players better every year.
2020: Foundation
ph163 was founded with a vision to create a PAGCOR-regulated online gaming platform that put Filipino players first. We secured licensing, partnered with Evolution Gaming and Pragmatic Play, and launched with live casino games, sports betting, and slot machines optimized for mobile play.
2021: GCash Integration
ph163 became one of the first gaming platforms in the Philippines to integrate GCash for instant deposits and withdrawals. This move dramatically improved accessibility for Filipino players who preferred e-wallet payments over traditional bank transfers. Within months, GCash became our most popular payment method.
2022: VIP Program Launch
To reward loyal players, ph163 introduced a four-tier VIP loyalty program with cashback, exclusive bonuses, faster withdrawals, and personal account managers for Diamond-tier members. The program incentivizes consistent play and recognizes our most dedicated Filipino players.
2023: Responsible Gaming Tools
ph163 expanded responsible gaming features with deposit limits, session timers, self-exclusion options, and partnerships with Gamblers Anonymous Philippines and the National Center for Mental Health. We also implemented enhanced KYC verification to comply with PAGCOR anti-money laundering requirements.
2024: Game Library Expansion
ph163 added over 500 new slot titles from JILI Gaming, PG Soft, and NetEnt, plus new live dealer game shows like Crazy Time and Monopoly Live. We also launched bingo rooms and golf wagering to diversify our entertainment offerings for Filipino players.
2025-2026: Continued Innovation
Today, ph163 serves over 50,000 active players across the Philippines. We continue to innovate with faster withdrawal processing, more payment options, enhanced mobile optimization, and new game releases every month. Our commitment to Filipino players remains stronger than ever as we grow into 2026 and beyond.
